If we have placed an order in error or you have received the wrong titles, or some other error or issue which is the fault of the company has occurred, we should be able to arrange a collection for you upon which you would be fully credited.
If you have placed an order in error or did not cancel the order before it dispatched, we would more likely authorize a return instead of a collection. In this instance you would also be fully credited, but would need to cover the postage costs for the return.
Both returns and collections will need to be authorized first by our sales team.
