Schools account requests can be rejected for a several different reasons:
Our data team was not able to verify the school data;
The data provided does not match the data stored at CUPA;
The data provided does not match DfE;
A personal email address has been used (e.g gmail.com, yahoo.com), rather than an official school email address;
The institution is not a school but a retailer;
You can reapply for a school account on GO - if the requested has been rejected again please contact us.
